
Situation: I was under contract for a new-build Shea home, which was so great, but I needed to sell my townhome. This pretty much sounded like a snap originally, but then the market began rebalancing in favor of Buyers (great for them, not so much for me) and price resets were happening everywhere! Days on market were lengthening. Showings were comparatively thin. In my community, there were 5 competing townhomes of the exact same model! As the Listing Agent, Stephanie ensured that I had all of the guidance important to staging and pricing well. Really leaned into real-time market stats and trends. She implemented a world class marketing system, followed-up on all of the potential Buyer feedback to see if adjustments needed to be made and of course kept in complete communication with me along the way. There were times that Stephanie turned off and on the lights for showings which she absolutely did not need to do, but that's just who she is. My townhome was one of the first sold and had it not have been for the strategic timing as well as 'presentation', who knows what might have happened. Just a super experience in a market that was a little (a lot) tough... I cannot recommend Stephanie enough!
