Steffen has helped us buy and sell numerous properties in the Denver metro area, and has always been able to get the deals done! Our most recent purchase was an expired listing that required Steffen to submit multiple offers in order to entice the seller to sell the home. Most agents wouldn’t bother, but Steffen has time and again worked tirelessly to get us the property we wanted! Thank you Steffen!!

George surpassed all of our expectations. George was always on top of things and anticipating the next steps before we could. He was truly a resources on all aspects of the sales process in ways that we could not have anticipated. Even though he represented the sellers, he treated us with the sale level of attention, availability, knowledge and resourcefulness that he did his own clients. We have not historically had great experiences with realtors and for that reason bought our home without a realtor. But honestly George was an unexpected breath of fresh air. I whole heartedly endorse others to use George whether buying your dream home or getting maximum value in selling your home.

George Martin was recommended to us by a friend. We found him to full fill all of the qualities we were told. George was through, honest, gave us recommendations without being pushy, called weekly with reviews and insight on the market and returned our calls the same day. When an offer was made and we accepted, he addressed all of the details, reviewed the papers we signed and called after the signing to check on us. We would recommend George without reservation Richard and Linda Wyse

I'm a private RE Investor and Steffie has helped me buy and sell every house I've owned since the 90's!! I've referred him to family and friends and everyone has this opinion of him. I don't have time to screw around with brokers who don't know what they're doing, and can't control the Selling agent or Buyers. He's top tier and my livelihood has depended upon him. He's a close personal friend, the second best poker player I know, and is always up for a "blue drink" after our successes! Mike T.

Dave was an amazing guide in helping my daughter and me locate a new home for her family after they relocated from Florida. He always made time for us, responding to questions promptly and arranging more than a dozen house tours across the metro area. After one particularly long day of tours, Dave noticed a house that had just appeared in the listings in our price range and in a desirable neighborhood and sent the listing for my daughter to view. He contacted the seller's agent and arranged for us to see it that evening, making a 40-mile drive at dinner time to meet us there. The house was love at first sight for my daughter. The first words out of her mouth when we walked through the door were, "This is my house." Dave helped us put together a series of offers that ultimately the seller selected over several competing offers. We know we weren't Dave's only clients, but he was always there when we needed him and made us feel like his #1 priority. Truly a fantastic experience with service beyond expectations.

I was very nervous going into purchasing a home for the first time as a single parent. But Michelle made the process very easy and kept me updated through the entire process. She gave me recommendations pros/cons to every decision and was always looking out for our best interest. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. As a first time home buyer, I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the guidance she provided and all the hard work she did for me and my family. Thank you Michelle! I will make sure to point anyone your way that is looking to buy a home. Thanks again :)

Our experience could not have been better. Arnie gave us an accurate assessment of value. He made excellent recommendations for moderately priced improvements that undoubtedly aided in a quick sale of the house at a price that met our ecpeactations.
