We wish we would have found Christine sooner. Christine is very professional. She was ready to immediately post and get things rolling. She added touches and made suggestions that I believe sold our house quickly. Her negotiation skills are top notch and you can trust she has your back throughout the entire process. She knows her business and if you have any questions, she can explain everything to you in layman's terms. If you don't hire her, you will really wish you did.

Making the decision to sell our father's home, after 9 years of his passing, was difficult. The property was in a Trust with my sister and I as Trustees. Jim was sensitive to the nature of the sale. We live in Texas, so a cross country sale is not an easy task. He was our eyes and ears and provided feedback via conference calls weekly. He lived(s) in the same Subdivision, as our property. Jim was extremely knowledgeable of the buyers' wants/needs, while highlighting the important features of our home. His guidance and perseverance through the process, was priceless.
