George surpassed all of our expectations. George was always on top of things and anticipating the next steps before we could. He was truly a resources on all aspects of the sales process in ways that we could not have anticipated. Even though he represented the sellers, he treated us with the sale level of attention, availability, knowledge and resourcefulness that he did his own clients. We have not historically had great experiences with realtors and for that reason bought our home without a realtor. But honestly George was an unexpected breath of fresh air. I whole heartedly endorse others to use George whether buying your dream home or getting maximum value in selling your home.

Dave was an amazing guide in helping my daughter and me locate a new home for her family after they relocated from Florida. He always made time for us, responding to questions promptly and arranging more than a dozen house tours across the metro area. After one particularly long day of tours, Dave noticed a house that had just appeared in the listings in our price range and in a desirable neighborhood and sent the listing for my daughter to view. He contacted the seller's agent and arranged for us to see it that evening, making a 40-mile drive at dinner time to meet us there. The house was love at first sight for my daughter. The first words out of her mouth when we walked through the door were, "This is my house." Dave helped us put together a series of offers that ultimately the seller selected over several competing offers. We know we weren't Dave's only clients, but he was always there when we needed him and made us feel like his #1 priority. Truly a fantastic experience with service beyond expectations.
