We moved here because my husband and I were skydivers and one of the most beautiful places to jump in United States is Skydive Sebastian. Prior to becoming a Real Estate licensed, I spent 15 years as an Sales, Marketing and Development Manager in Multinationals Companies. This experience was invaluable in establishing a firm foundation in understanding many of the complexities of a real estate transaction, learned negotiation and how do Business and Strust. I decided to operate on the other side of the closing table in January of 2019 by getting my Real Estate license and joining one of the top producing real estate teams that year in Vero Beach Florida as a buyer specialist. This provided a fantastic opportunity to work with a multitude of customers and provided yet another solid foundation and understanding of how to effectively work with buyers and sellers through high level customer service. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and get the greatest sense of satisfaction when I'm able to work together with my customers and help them accomplish their real estate goals! Always on top of things
You can't do better than Paul & Erin. I met them at an open house and saw how diligent they were at the open house and for the same house they had several open houses each weekend till they sold the house. Persistence paid off in that case and also in ours. They did not leave a lockbox since we still lived there. They came every time someone wanted to see the house, even if a realtor was there. They made the process easy every step of the way and if we forgot to do something they were on me immediately! Their knowledge of the market was impressive, and they made suggestions if they thought something needed done. I recommend them and if needed I will use them in the future!

Excellent Realtors with great insight to the area and most of all, great people
Erin and Paul were tremendous realtors. They get to know you and your needs and likes. They don't play typical realtor games. They find out what you like and then they find what you like and they will point things out to you that they think might be a concern. For them, it's not just about making the sale, but making a sale that makes a happy client. We are so glad our friends recommended them to us. We will recommend them to any of our friends and family who consider Vero Beach.

A professional, competent guiding hand through the whole process.
Buying and selling a home can feel overwhelming, but Mette made the entire process feel comfortable and manageable, in both directions for me. When I moved to the area, a friend recommended her. She then helped me find the perfect house for my needs. A few years later when my plans changed, she helped me to sell the house while I was out of state. She was warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She really knows the market and local considerations, helped me navigate questions from the buyers when I sold, and was always available with guidance when I needed it. Beyond being highly competent, I could tell that she cared - she responded quickly and went above and beyond through the whole experience. I’m grateful for her help and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
