Worked hard until it sold!

Michelle had her work cut out on this sale! Being an inheritance property from my parents we didn't want to spend the time or money sprucing it up. We also were selling "as-is" which limited buyer's lending options. She worked with us to get the property sold for an acceptable amount. Even in a stale market. Thanks Michelle!

Great Communicator & Local Market Knowledge

Michelle Knight was excellent to work with on my purchase in Vero Beach. I was buying from out of state as an investment, so I needed an agent who could be my eyes on the ground and keep things moving, and she did exactly that. She was responsive, knew the local market well, and was straight with me on every property we looked at rather than just pushing for a deal. Communication was fast and clear from first showing through closing. If you're buying in the Vero Beach area, especially remotely, I'd recommend her without hesitation.
