We had some very specific needs for our new home, including a price range, features, etc. We also ended up on a pretty tight timeline. I'm one of those people who does a lot of internet searches for properties, and I'm also capable of redirecting the search parameters based on what's on the market, so Carey had to pivot a few times when I changed the "must have's". She never so much as flinched. Not only did she set things up so we could look at the houses I had asked for, she also had a few in her back pocket that she thought we should see. She was always knowledgeable about the features, the neighborhoods, the HOA restrictions, etc. She did her homework! Ultimately, we ended up buying a property she had found for us, and it's absolutely perfect. She talked me off the ledge a few times as we went through the closing process, which was a balancing act between selling one home and buying this one. She also took care of meeting with an inspector and recommending some quality tradesmen, because we weren't from the area and didn't have any points of reference. At the end of it all, we got a great home, at a great price, in the ideal neighborhood for us. Carey absolutely loves the Sebastian area and is one of its best advocates.
