Kate did it again! Kate has found us another Forever Home!! And this time I really mean it. We Are Done Moving!! After purchasing and selling multiple properties with Kate I am proud that Kate is not only our realtor but she have also become our dear friend. Kate is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, reliable, honest and is in constant communication with her clients. Kate goes above and beyond your expectations. Due to the sellers of this property, this purchase has been the most trying and stressful purchase we have ever encountered in our 56 years of marriage with purchasing and selling properties. If it wasn’t for Kate staying on top of things and keeping us constantly informed we would have probably walk away from this property. With Kate’s encouragement and her diligence on making sure everything was straightened out , we finally closed after several date changes. I am now grateful for her encouragement and we now own the home that will last us for a very, very, very long time. I highly recommend Kate for all of your realestate transactions as you won’t find an agent more qualified and trustworthy that will lookout for best interests. Thank you Kate so much for expertise and encouragement!

This is the second property we have purchased sight unseen, based only on Dave's expertise. He seems to know everything about the local markets and what makes a good and a bad buy in a house. Talk to Dave, you can't go wrong!

Charlotte was very good. She goes above and beyond. She is on top of things at all times!
