Lynda was very instrumental in helping us navigate a complex sale. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism are top notch. We appreciate everything she did for us, going the extra mile, to make this sale successful.

As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn and Lynda was patient and informative each step of the way. Her knowledge of the local area and attention to our needs landed us in the perfect home. We love it and we loved working with Lynda. Thank you!

Starting with the first meeting and throughout the process of selling my house, Lynda exhibited an understanding of the market and had excellent communication skills. She paid attention to details and was very responsive in answering many questions. Her marketing expertise was evident in the preparation of the house for sale and its presentation with professional photos and an online presence. I highly recommend Lynda to anyone who is looking for a true professional.

Kim made the entire home‑buying experience feel effortless. From the very first conversation, she listened closely to what I wanted, understood what I didn’t want, and guided me with honesty and confidence. She found me an amazing home that fits my life perfectly, and negotiated every detail with skill and care. What impressed me most was her dedication, quick responses, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to making sure I felt supported at every step. I never felt rushed or pressured, just guided by someone who truly knows the market and cares about their clients. I’m beyond grateful for her hard work and expertise. If you’re looking for a realtor who delivers results and treats you like a priority, she is the one and only.

Kim Small was so accommodating and met with us very last minute on the weekend even! She made everything very easy to understand and the process was easy and we didn’t feel stressed or pressured at all. I would highly recommend working with Kim!

We saw quite a few places with Kim and she was so honest and straightforward with us – we really appreciated that. She knows the area well, has a lot of experience in real estate, and a lot of advice about tradespeople in the area among other helpful tips!
