Do you have time? This might be long. Our very first meeting with Christina was nothing short of amazing. We met her on the basis of visiting an open house, we told her what we were looking for/interested in and she got the ball rolling immediately. We viewed the home and knew it was going to be ours. Being first time home buyers, we were clueless about the process. Christina held our hands throughout it all. She responded to all our calls and emails promptly. We had no issues getting through to her. If she was not available she would send a text or call us back immediately. She was always on time and if she wasn’t we were okay with it (😉). She went above and beyond to get our questions answered. We could not have asked for a better liaison. She was always willing and able to explain anything. She had great recommendations. We could not have asked for a better realtor especially since this is our first time. She (and our lender) made the process so seamless. It is important to note, we did not have a realtor prior to meeting Christina, after our very first interaction with her, we knew we wanted to work with her. We have recommended her to several people already. 10/10 definitely recommend.

To capture the full extent of Kim’s value, this review would be longer than you’d care to read. I’d liken us to some of the most challenging clients to work with going from wanting to buy, to building and going through a half dozen land contracts that all fell through, to finally closing on a new construction home, all over the course of over two years. It was exhausting and we couldn’t imagine doing that without Kim as our guide and advocate. Even as a contractor and former licensed realtor, it just takes a certain focus and attention to detail that is hard to replicate when you’re also trying to run your household. Having Kim as our supporter and adviser that gave us the confidence to lock in our home at the best possible time has been invaluable. There are a lot of people to choose from for your realty needs, and Kim should definitely be one you meet with. Her no BS, straightforward, honest assessments were invaluable. If that’s something you value in your working relationships, call Kim. We remain friends to this day as she has visited us, not unlike the days of old when good friends would pop by just to see you and say hello.
