To capture the full extent of Kim’s value, this review would be longer than you’d care to read. I’d liken us to some of the most challenging clients to work with going from wanting to buy, to building and going through a half dozen land contracts that all fell through, to finally closing on a new construction home, all over the course of over two years. It was exhausting and we couldn’t imagine doing that without Kim as our guide and advocate.
