I highly recommend Michele Corriveau for selling and/ or purchasing a home. She was always available when we needed her and she did an amazing job in communicating with everyone involved in the purchase of our new home. Her knowledgeable and her many years of experience was extremely helpful in assisting us through the inspection process, getting an appraisal, and the closing process of our home. Michele is very trustworthy and you won't find a more reliable realtor around. I highly recommend Michele for all your realtor needs!

We love working with Michele! She listens and provides encouragement even when the market is disappointing. She came. Through for us once again. We would definitely recommend her to anyone considering selling their home or buying a new one.

We would like to take the time to thank Michele Corriveau so much for all she did to help us find our firever home. It was a pleasure working with Michele, she is the Best. We greatly appreciate all of her efforts and hard work in making this transactio a positive experience. The property will always hold a special place in our hesrts and we are very excited about the new chapter that lies ahead. None of this would have happened without all Michele's time, effort and always being there for us. We will recomend Michele to anyone looking for an new home.

Barbara has the experience to draw on allowing her to know what to do in a wide variety of situations. This was super helpful to us because we had some extenuating circumstances: trying to buy a house contingent on selling our existing home. And the house we were selling had some challenges. But, she knew exactly what to do. She coached us on a what to do to get the house ready for showing. As a result, she had it listed on MLS within 72 hours of us contacting her. We did not think that was possible given we had so much to do. With her guiding us, and her expert pricing of our home, we had an offer within a week. We were then able to make an offer on the home we wanted. Bottom line: we closed on both homes and realized our dream of downsizing while also getting a home with a little bit of land. We could not have done this without Barbara! Through it all, she handled any issues very quickly and with a high degree of professionalism. Simply put: Barbara is a fantastic Realtor and highly recommended! She is the best!

Mary was very committed to the sale of my apartment; she demonstrated excellent negotiation skills and was extremely helpful in bringing the transaction to a close, given that my husband and I could not be present in person for the closing.

We worked with Rachel on Barbara’s team. She was recommended to us by a colleague and we quickly understood why. Rachel was responsive to my calls and texts and we moved through the process quickly. Rachel was amazing and kind and we will be recommending her to friends and anyone looking for a realtor for as long as we’re here. Thanks Rachel!!
