I got Amanda's name as a referral from Glen Beck's website. She contacted me right away and made an appointment to see the house I wanted listed. She had already run comps for the area and we decided on a price right away. From the time it was listed to the time of closing, it was just 4 weeks. Amanda was always responsive to my numerous texts and calls. She was part real estate agent and part therapist, LOL. When we had to be out of the house sooner than expected, she actually helped us move and even brought help! Now tell me what other real estate agent would do that for a client?
