I have had the good fortune of having Bart Miranda realter/agent handle the sale of my residence in Americana Resort which allowed me to move back to be with my family and friends. His professionalism in dealing with the Mortgage company, Closing/Title company, buyers of the property and other agencies involved with this sale and handling any concerns they presented with quickly answered questions and resolutions, that made it go through efficiently and smoothly. In the future if I have any need of a realtor/agent I will not hesitate and will contact him to handle my realty needs and requirements. We very pleased with the service received from Bart and company. Bart, was diligent with all aspects of the sale of our home. Bart stayed in contact with us almost daily.
