Barbara has the experience to draw on allowing her to know what to do in a wide variety of situations. This was super helpful to us because we had some extenuating circumstances: trying to buy a house contingent on selling our existing home. And the house we were selling had some challenges. But, she knew exactly what to do. She coached us on a what to do to get the house ready for showing. As a result, she had it listed on MLS within 72 hours of us contacting her. We did not think that was possible given we had so much to do. With her guiding us, and her expert pricing of our home, we had an offer within a week. We were then able to make an offer on the home we wanted. Bottom line: we closed on both homes and realized our dream of downsizing while also getting a home with a little bit of land. We could not have done this without Barbara! Through it all, she handled any issues very quickly and with a high degree of professionalism.
