We are first time real estate owners in FL and the decision to invest in a condo (primarily for our daughter) was a new experience, too. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind during the several months and multiple properties we toured - in person and virtually - and provided insightful information about the towns we were exploring. She went above and beyond in coordinating the necessary repairs to ensure we'd close on time. She connected on a personal level and treated our daughter like one of her own! We are thrilled with the location and the community and look forward to visiting our daughter and spending time on the water and beach as often as we can.
