Kate did it again! Kate has found us another Forever Home!! And this time I really mean it. We Are Done Moving!! After purchasing and selling multiple properties with Kate I am proud that Kate is not only our realtor but she have also become our dear friend. Kate is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, reliable, honest and is in constant communication with her clients. Kate goes above and beyond your expectations. Due to the sellers of this property, this purchase has been the most trying and stressful purchase we have ever encountered in our 56 years of marriage with purchasing and selling properties. If it wasn’t for Kate staying on top of things and keeping us constantly informed we would have probably walk away from this property. With Kate’s encouragement and her diligence on making sure everything was straightened out , we finally closed after several date changes. I am now grateful for her encouragement and we now own the home that will last us for a very, very, very long time.
