I worked with Jim & Eileen to sell my mom's house in Apopka. It was a uniquely challenging situation, as I live in WA state and needed someone who could oversee the process of getting the house ready for sale. From the get-go, Jim & Eileen were transparent, hard-working, and communicative about all aspects of the process. When I was trying to decide how much work to do to get the house ready for sale, Jim drew up cost comparison sheets to show the different scenarios and potential ROIs for each. It really helped me gain clarity as to the best path forward for my mom's situation. Throughout the process, I would often ask their advice. They were always happy to advise and weigh in, but were never pushy with their opinions unless I requested it. Ahead of listing, they helped to clean out the house, met with contractors and tradespeople to get quotes and complete work, even communicated with and met people who were buying and picking up items we had for sale. Finally, Jim met and helped a guy move items of my mom's into a nearby storage unit. There is no way I could've done all of this without their help. Jim & Eileen went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale of my mom's home. On top of being kind, communicative, extremely knowledgeable and hard-working, they are also just great people. I highly recommend them.
