We had a really great experience working with Michelle, especially since we were buying from out of state. She was easy to get ahold of, answered all our questions, and helped us through every step without making it stressful. Buying a home from a distance can be a lot, but she made it feel pretty smooth. Definitely someone we’d recommend.

This purchase was with my 90 year old uncle who gave Michele quite the run for her money. She was so very patient with him explaining the purchase and terms to him many times. She met with us multiple times to look at the house. Once he signed the purchase contract he changed his mind and wanted out of the purchase. She immediately came over and discussed his concerns with him. He was quibbling over $5,000 which I encouraged him to offer over asking price. Michele patiently explained how this could help him secure the house. A fter convincing; he went thru with the purchase. Michele then scrambled to reinstate the purchase contract. This review asked about her knowledge of the real estate market; I will say that she has more knowledge in this area than most. She could ge an instructor in this area

I truly can’t say enough about Michele. She did an incredible job helping us sell our home years ago, only for us to find ourselves needing to sell again, this time in a very difficult buyer’s market. During that period, our family was facing a serious emergency, and I felt completely alone. I had to take over all of our finances due to my husband’s debilitating illness, and the weight of it all was overwhelming. There were so many twists and turns in this sale that I honestly wasn’t sure if we would even be able to get out of the house without losing money. This is the second review I’ve written for Michele, and it’s because she truly deserves it. She knows her business inside and out, is kind, considerate, and incredibly efficient. She plans ahead, communicates exceptionally well, and is always available. She has never once left me hanging. At one of the most vulnerable times in our lives, Michele stepped in and handled everything that needed to be done, and she made it look easy. I know it wasn’t. That’s the mark of a true professional, whether in real estate, sports, or any field at all: they make what feels impossible to the rest of us look effortless. I live in Massachusetts and was connected to Michele through a local agent up here so most of my interactions and communications with Michele were via phone, text or email. Because of this and other reasons my situation as the client was a bit more difficult than the standard "can we look at this place this afternoon" situation. Through filtering through all of my options, getting all of my questions answered, previewing several locations via video chat or by sending me video clips of her walk-thru all the way down to finding the right place for me, Michele was wonderful. When I was finally able to create a "short list" and schedule an in-person visit, Michele made the most of my time ensuring that I was able to see everything that I needed to see. While the concept of buying/selling is the same everywhere, each state has its own rules, laws and local nuances and Michele was always sure that I had any questions or concerns answered as well as kept me on top of any imperative timelines during the closing process.
