Amanda promoted our condominium aggressively from the day we signed. We had two offers within days of the listing going live and the sale closed in a matter of weeks, not months. This is the fifth property we have bought/sold and we truly appreciated Amanda‘s knowledge and guidance in all aspects of this sale. Amanda and her team are go-getters and if we need a realtor in the future we now know who to call. Should the need arise, we will highly recommend her to our friends and family, and we recommend her to you too!

Ryan was patient informative my first time buying a home and I’m really glad I got recommended to him. Throughout the process he was honest let me know all the good and bad throughout the process AND negotiated really well with the seller. Couldn’t purchase a home without him and get such a steal of a deal with a property.

Maria worked tirelessly to find the right listing for us. Nobody will work harder for you. For us this was an income Property so the due diligence was a lot more involved. She hounded seller agents to make sure all of our questions were answered. Dealing with some of these sellers agents highlighted the difference in maria’s diligence, communication, work ethic and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a true professional realtor.

Bryan was very professional and made home searching stress free. He was very intuitive and knew my taste. Working with Bryan was great. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and fun.

She helped us make a smooth purchase of our home.I would use her again.
