Our family decided to relocate from Florida to Arizona. We had three houses to sell: ours, my mom's, and my daughter's. Two of the 3 sold quickly, and the 3rd took a while, at no fault of Bryan's. He can't control the market any better than he can control the weather :) Regardless, Bryan maintained great communication with us, advising us of market conditions and so forth, so we could make educated decisions along the way. In the end, all three deals went very smoothly and we couldn't be happier! He is very professional - we told him not to wear a suit for each meeting, considering the FL heat, but he insists :) Everything was organized, which is something we cherish.
