I have purchased and sold several homes though out my life and every realtor have been good but working with William Fletcher has been AMAZING!!! Giving him 5 stars isn't enough. I have used him within the last year to both sell and purchase a home. It can be very stressful when you are out of state trying to get things done but working with Bill has made it completely stress free. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what your needs are. He follows through on everything that's asked of him. He is always quick to respond with an answer to any questions you have and if he doesn't know the answer, he will take the time to research and find it. I can't say enough good things so if you are looking for a realtor who really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to get things done then Bill is the realtor for you.

If I could give Tim 100 stars I would!! He is the BEST agent I have ever dealt with and this is my 17th house, so that is saying alot! He went above and beyond in every aspect of the purchase, not to mention things that did not fall under agent duty!!! I can not recommend Tim Rowe enough, he is seriously THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

Dave was always on top of things and communicated quickly. He was extremely helpful and walked us through everything so that we would know what was next. He not only had extensive knowledge of real estate but also on everything we needed to do for a move. He was able to negotiate a very difficult sale and got us the house of our dreams. We would highly recommend him for both sale of your house and the buying of a house.

Strong knowledge of many counties and neighborhoods

When a rock star has done all they set out to do in their career, they have two choices: 1. Put the guitar down; or, 2. Fine-tune their craft until they become great. Kelly Fischer is great. Our house sold in two weeks. In hurricane season with a tumultuous economy. She was patient with ALL our concerns. Diane gets 5 stars for her responsiveness to any questions we had and getting us answers as quick as possible. We feel she went above and beyond what we expected. She was knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the home buying process. It is clear from my experience that Kelly has indepth knowledge of real estate and a proven track record of selling properties. In what is currently a very oversaturated housing market, she was able to get my house sold within a sort timeframe. She's a straight talker which I really appreciated, but delivers her views with kindness and a lovely sense of humor. I appreciated this just as much!

Kim knows the market, was responsive and helped with every aspect of getting the house ready to sell. She took care of getting furniture and other items donated or taken by junk removal. I was sick during the whole process. I couldn’t have done it without Kim!
