To capture the full extent of Kim’s value, this review would be longer than you’d care to read. I’d liken us to some of the most challenging clients to work with going from wanting to buy, to building and going through a half dozen land contracts that all fell through, to finally closing on a new construction home, all over the course of over two years. This purchase was with my 90 year old uncle who gave Michele quite the run for her money. She was so very patient with him explaining the purchase and terms to him many times. She met with us multiple times to look at the house. Once he signed the purchase contract he changed his mind and wanted out of the purchase. She immediately came over and discussed his concerns with him. He was quibbling over $5,000 which I encouraged him to offer over asking price. Michele patiently explained how this could help him secure the house. A fter convincing; he went thru with the purchase. Michele then scrambled to reinstate the purchase contract.
