She is one of the smartest women I have ever met. Women are way more smarter then us. Our process started in October. It took us until January to list it. She hired the photographer. Listed and showed it. Adjusted the price. We got an offer that fell out. We got a new offer. Jennifer closed it in June. There were a handful of times when the deal could have went sideways. Jennifer was there guiding the deal to market. Many times she would tell me to to stop tripping or pray a rosary and come back to her. She knows her craft. RESOURCE RICH. Frankly, she is good people. She and some other things I miss about Treasure Coast, we are up north now. We are happy and comfortable. AND we are where we are now because of Jennifer. Nice lady. Smart. She will get you what you want, if you give her a chance.
