We live out of state so communication during the real estate transaction was very important. Jim was always available via text or phone when I reached out. He was also very knowledgeable of the area!

We decided to move our family across the country from CA to FL. Shanna came as a recommendation from a family member and we were so fortunate she was able to work with us. We saw a few homes with her while we were in Florida and then we found a few other listings we were interested in after we flew back to CA. She scheduled to walk the properties for us and video the properties and give us her notes on the property. When it came to go through the inspection and escrow phase she was extremely helpful to be our voice when we were on the other coast. After closing she again went above and beyond to assist us with the move in process and finding resources for us such as contractors, painters, yard maintenance, and the homes previous pool maintenance person. I cant thank her enough for her the help and assistance she provided us moving across the country. I would most definitely recommend her to any and everyone!
