After being in the bar and restaurant business for over 28 years, real estate was the perfect career for me. In both businesses, it's all about relationships and how you treat people. The old adage 'treat people like you would want to be treated" has never been truer then in today’s real estate market. I pride myself in putting my clients first; listening to what their needs are; and then going beyond the call to make it all happen. To me, there is nothing more satisfying then finding that perfect home for a client or selling a client's home for top dollar. Whenever people either buy or sell real estate, it should always be a pleasant and positive experience. It is my responsibility as their agent, to make that happen. Karen's deep commitment to us has made her a friend for life!

I would recommend Karen Sneed as a Realtor to anyone in South Florida. The moment I contacted her she came over to the house and pitched in to help me clean and rearrange furniture. Frist-time Buyer

Susan was amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I didn't know a thing, and Susan held my hand through the whole process. She explained everything, even when I didn't know what to ask or if I didn't ask. She wanted me to have all the information so I would not feel lost when making such a big life decision. She got the listing to me, and by the same weekend, we were looking at condos. Once I found a place and everything started going, Susan made sure that the process was understandable for me as a first-time home buyer. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and what I wanted mattered.

Went above and beyond

Mike and his team went above and beyond for me and my family throughout the whole sales process. He and his team coordinated everything seamlessly. Whenever an issue did arise he was on top of it and took care of it for us. Highly recommend!
