I would recommend Karen Sneed as a listing realtor to anyone in South Florida. The moment I contacted her she came over to the house and pitched in to help me clean and rearrange furniture. As we worked through the sale process of my aunt’s estate, she helped me navigate through many difficult hurdles in meeting the requirements of a very complicated will with 30 heirs and 14 charities. She found us an excellent real estate attorney who was able to walk us through the many steps of probate court approvals.

She was an extremely knowledgeable agent to work with, as she sat down with my wife and myself and explained the current housing market and what we should expect from our sale.
