She explained everything, even when I didn't know what to ask or if I didn't ask. She wanted me to have all the information so I would not feel lost when making such a big life decision. She got the listing to me, and by the same weekend, we were looking at condos. Once I found a place and everything started going, Susan made sure that the process was understandable for me as a first-time home buyer. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and what I wanted mattered.
