However, when you are selling your home at 77 years of age with little knowledge of real-estate, it can be particularly challenging and stressful! Real-estate agents abound but with no real means to evaluate which realtor might be right for you! Web-sites in general offer little in clarity... with one notable exception (in our case). They completely prepared our condo for sale and constantly kept us up-to-date, answering every question quickly, and making sure we always knew exactly what was happening throughout the process.
