I contacted Josh at Best Home Ever to sell my tenant-occupied condo and was very direct about what I needed: I did not want to be involved in dealing with the tenants, coordinating their move-out, preparing the condo for sale, scheduling vendors, or going back to the property. The condo had previously been my primary residence, and after trying my hand at being a landlord for nine months, I realized the hassle was not worth it.
