Lourdes was the ultimate professional from the start of my search for a new home. We toured numerous homes and she was always professional and patient. Her knowledge of the area helped make the decision easier. Her communication skills were essential when negotiating the purchase as well as guiding me through the closing process. I would recomend Lourdes without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

Working with Elin O’Donnell was hands-down the best real estate experience we have ever had. Elin is the best Real Estate Agent we’ve ever worked with. We handed her a massive challenge to sell our current property and help us upsize to a much larger dream home right here in Palm Beach Gardens, all at the same time. We thought it would be stressful but Elin handled it like an absolute professional. Her marketing and pricing strategy for our sale was nothing short of amazing. She knew exactly how to get us serious buyers immediately while also going under contract on our dream home without missing a beat. What truly sets Elin apart is her problem-solving brilliance because matter what minor hiccups or hurdles come up during the transactions, Elin already had a solution ready before we even had time to worry. She is proactive, fiercely protective of our interest and super negotiator. If you are buying or selling in the Palm Beach Gardens area, do yourself a favor and hire Elin O’Donnell. She is in a league of her own!

This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.
