Knowledgeable Realtor

It was so awesome to work with Mike. We viewed this property twice, first time with his assistant Courtnie and the second time with Mike. Each house we viewed, he knew what to look for and mentioned any issues we might run into if we bought the property. During the purchasing process, he knew exactly what we wanted or would say if an issue would arise. Before moving forward, he would confirm with us to make sure we were on the same page, which we normally were.

Selling our home with Michael was a bittersweet but truly full-circle experience. He originally helped us purchase this home from across the country years ago, and after such a seamless, tailored experience, there was no question we’d work with him again. Mike is personable, funny, and incredibly responsive but what really stands out is how much he cares about your goals. He took the time to walk us through every step of the selling process, backing everything with detailed research and clear expectations. Every timeline he set was met… except for how long it would take to sell… because it was nearly under contract in about 30 minutes after posting! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for his guidance! Highly recommend!
