I had a great experience working with Mike and his team to sell my home in Florida. He really advocated for me throughout the entire process and negotiated on my behalf until he knew we had reached a price I was happy with. His market knowledge acumen was very strong and I trusted him and his advice. One of the things I appreciated most was how he handled problems when they came up. Instead of calling me every time there was an issue and adding something else for me to worry about, he would take care of it, find a solution, and then call me to let me know what happened and how he had handled it. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated that. I was in the middle of relocating out of state for a new job, so I already had plenty on my plate. Having someone I trusted handling the sale and taking so much of the worry and stress off of me made the entire process much easier. He was a great negotiator, proactive, dependable, and really looked out for my best interests. I’m very grateful for everything he did to get my home sold, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I worked with Courtnie on the Mike Valencia team and had such an amazing experience with her! She was so responsive, extremely quick and an incredible problem solver. Mike and his team are reliable, knowledgeable, and confident in getting the perfect home and deal that favors you. We went over 7 homes until we found the right one, and in the end, negotiated the best outcome for me with receiving credit at my closing. Their resources are infinite, especially if you need something done. Ex: Contractors, home inspectors you name it Mike always knows someone. You can always talk to them and ask questions without shame. And the whole process felt unreal and smooth, as well as stress free. I highly recommend Mike and his team, especially to my fellow veterans.

Well, we bought our first home. To say we had no idea what we were doing is an understatement. Mike was recommended to us by a friend of ours. What is interesting is that Mike was the agent for the person BUYING our friends home, not the agent that sold her home. His knowledge and experience made that lasting of an impression on her. And I can see why. He made something that would normally be stressful and scary and made it one of the smoothest processes we have experienced. He was knowledgeable on what to expect for repairs, prices, VA loan processes (which was huge for us), areas to consider, etc. Again, all knowledge that people who are lost desperately need. He was there for us 24/7 via text and calls, and he has been there after the sale to make sure everything is going well, and has even provided us with contacts we can look into for repairs/remodel - invaluable. My favorite part of the process was that it felt like a friend was helping us, not a salesman. Thanks a ton Mike!
