It was so awesome to work with Mike. We viewed this property twice, first time with his assistant Courtnie and the second time with Mike. Each house we viewed, he knew what to look for and mentioned any issues we might run into if we bought the property. During the purchasing process, he knew exactly what we wanted or would say if an issue would arise. Before moving forward, he would confirm with us to make sure we were on the same page, which we normally were.

Selling our home with Michael was a bittersweet but truly full-circle experience. Buying our first home felt like a big step, and honestly we were not sure what to expect, but working with Michael Valencia made the entire process feel much more manageable. My wife and I started out with very little knowledge. The only thing we knew for sure was that we wanted to use a VA loan. We had a lot of questions about how the zero money down worked and what escrow actually meant. Michael was always patient with us and never made us feel like any question was too small. He explained everything in a clear and simple way, and it was obvious he has a lot of experience working with VA loans. We ended up putting offers in on a few different homes. The first two did not go through, which was disappointing at the time, but it worked out for the best. The home we ended up getting is exactly what we were hoping for. On top of that, he is also a fellow retired Coast Guardsman, which made working with him even more meaningful for us.
