You can always talk to them and ask questions without shame. And the whole process felt unreal and smooth, as well as stress free. Well, we bought our first home. To say we had no idea what we were doing is an understatement. Mike was recommended to us by a friend of ours. What is interesting is that Mike was the agent for the person BUYING our friends home, not the agent that sold her home. His knowledge and experience made that lasting of an impression on her. And I can see why. He made something that would normally be stressful and scary and made it one of the smoothest processes we have experienced. He was knowledgeable on what to expect for repairs, prices, VA loan processes (which was huge for us), areas to consider, etc. Again, all knowledge that people who are lost desperately need. He was there for us 24/7 via text and calls, and he has been there after the sale to make sure everything is going well, and has even provided us with contacts we can look into for repairs/remodel - invaluable.
