Ashley is a genius. She knows the market and has an amazing talent for understanding what her clients need. I could not be happier with her work.

After my home sat on the market for over a year, I was losing hope. Calling Ashley Joy changed everything. She didn’t just list my home, she took ownership of it. Ashley saw the potential I couldn’t and handled every fine detail, from landscaping and staging to creating extra exposure by connecting with neighbors. She’s polished and professional, but also hands-on, relentless, and gets results. her communication was excellent, her marketing was beautiful, and her local insight and negotiation made the difference. My home sold in under two months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results

Working with Ashley Joy was a game changer. She handled the sale of my commercial office and later my warehouse, and both times she proved how sharp she is at negotiating. Ashley caught details I would have missed, pushed for terms that worked in my favor, and kept me calm through the stressful parts. She genuinely cared about the outcome and went the extra mile to make sure both closings actually happened. After two smooth results, I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my properties

David made helpful suggestions to make the process very smooth.

I don't usually write reviews, except when I receive exceptional service from a company I hired. I hired David Sanmartin from EXP Realty, LLC. At our first meeting, David was very focused on collecting all the pertinent information on the leasing history of my warehouse. Also asking me everything as far as the benefits and key features he could point out to prospective renters. After collecting all of the information, David informed me of the range of price per sq ft Commercial Rentals were going for. Once I had an offer to lease, David did a complete background check. More detailed than I ever received from any other realtor ever. I leased the unit without a hitch. David was extremely professional, and never made me feel pressured to take an offer. He never made me feel that an offer was a good offer to get the unit leased ASAP. If you're looking for someone that is honest, and has your best interest at heart, EXP Realty, LLC is your best bet! Ask for David, he's one of a kind!! Jerry
