Instead of calling me every time there was an issue and adding something else for me to worry about, he would take care of it, find a solution, and then call me to let me know what happened and how he had handled it. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated that. I was in the middle of relocating out of state for a new job, so I already had plenty on my plate. Having someone I trusted handling the sale and taking so much of the worry and stress off of me made the entire process much easier. He was a great negotiator, proactive, dependable, and really looked out for my best interests.
