She immediately solved any problems that arose. She knew how to price the home based on the comp sales. She was effective her counter responses to the other buyers. She didn't allow them to waste my time with low ball offers or ridiculous requests. I would definitely recommend her.

Josefina and I are incredibly grateful for all your support throughout this process. It means a lot to have someone we trust guiding us, and you made everything feel smooth and exciting from start to finish. We’re thrilled about this new investment and even happier knowing we’ll continue being neighbors. Warmly, Josefina and Jay

We met with Consuelo and reviewed all comparable properties in the complex currently for sale and discussed pricing and number of days on the market . Whilst the ultimate decision on the sale price Consuelo provided us with her recommendation for a quick sale. We received various offers and she eventually successfully negotiated a full price offer with no credits after inspection. We were very satisfied with her services and professionalism.

Great communication skills, love details, passionate about her job and very caring with her clients, very knowledgeable about the market, the best state of the art marketing tools you can find to sell your property.

We had a wonderful experience working with Teresa. She knows the community extremely well and was always available to answer all of our questions promptly and with a smile. She gave us helpful suggestions, recommended reliable contractors, and even helped us estimate the cost of some things that needed attention in the apartment. Her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process much easier and less stressful. We highly recommend Teresa!

We recently sold my parents' condo (5 month entire turnaround process), and from start to finish, she exceeded every expectation. She kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly to questions, and made sure we always knew what was happening throughout the process. She was also incredibly patient answering every question or concern we had. She was very transparent and upfront about everything, which I very much appreciate because it kept us all on the same page and also, knowledge is power. Teresa was incredibly present and actively involved. She was on the ground handling details, coordinating with everyone involved, following up when needed, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and strong work ethic gave us complete confidence that the sale was in good hands. She is knowledgeable about the market, strategic, and genuinely advocates for her clients' best interests. Selling a property can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth, organized, and took a lot of the stress off of our shoulders.
