Michael, we cannot thank you enough for everything you’ve done for us throughout this journey!! From the very beginning, your dedication, professionalism, knowledgeable and tireless work ethic were clear, but what truly set you apart was how far above and beyond you were willing to go to make sure everything worked out perfectly for us. Michael is definitely highly experienced in the market and I see why he has an excellent track record of helping buyers and sellers navigate South Florida real estate! The effort he put did not go unnoticed. Michael was always available to answer questions, explain details, calm our worries, and advocate for us every step of the way. His attention to detail, deep knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even exciting. It never felt like “just another transaction” with him—he truly cared about finding the right outcome for us, and that meant the world. Thank you for everything you did and for exceeding our expectations in every possible way. Your assistant Courtney was excellent too! Thank you once again.

Tina Barchfeld was our Realtor for the sale of our mom’s home in the Treasure Cay community of Silverlakes in Pembroke Pines. Due to our mom’s unexpected move into senior care to be near family in Orlando, we had to remotely coordinate the sale of her home on short notice. Tina was instrumental in helping us successfully sell her home quickly and for top dollar. Tina was available at every step of the way to help guide us through the process. She provided expert data analysis to help us determine the asking price, advice on staging the property and assisted with every aspect of preparing the home for sale, negotiating offers and completing the transaction. We could rely on Tina to communicate effectively on our behalf and her advice during negotiations was invaluable as she has a deep understanding of the specific communities as well as the overall market. In the end, we received multiple offers and accepted one of them within two weeks of listing the house. We successfully closed on the sale earlier than expected due to Tina’s help in negotiating with the buyer, the HOA, the title company and other parties to get the transaction across the finish line. Tina was an absolute pleasure to work with too and she made the whole process easier for us at a time when we really needed the help. If you’re looking for a professional Realtor you can trust and rely on completely to get your home sold quickly, effectively, and for the highest value, our family would highly recommend that you work with Tina Barchfeld.
