Great and Professional Commercial Leasing experience with David from EXP Realty, LLC

I don't usually write reviews, except when I receive exceptional service from a company I hired. I hired David Sanmartin from EXP Realty, LLC. At our first meeting, David was very focused on collecting all the pertinent information on the leasing history of my warehouse. Also asking me everything as far as the benefits and key features he could point out to prospective renters. After collecting all of the information, David informed me of the range of price per sq ft Commercial Rentals were going for. Once I had an offer to lease, David did a complete background check. More detailed than I ever received from any other realtor ever. I leased the unit without a hitch. David was extremely professional, and never made me feel pressured to take an offer. He never made me feel that an offer was a good offer to get the unit leased ASAP. If you're looking for someone that is honest, and has your best interest at heart, EXP Realty, LLC is your best bet!
