At our first meeting, David was very focused on collecting all the pertinent information on the leasing history of my warehouse. Also asking me everything as far as the benefits and key features he could point out to prospective renters. After collecting all of the information, David informed me of the range of price per sq ft Commercial Rentals were going for. Once I had an offer to lease, David did a complete background check.
