Selling our condo with Christie & John was surprisingly professional, pleasurable and profitable, because selling or buying a home can be a daunting experience at any stage of life.However, when you are selling your home at 77 years of age with little knowledge of real estate, it can be particularly challenging and stressful!Real estate agents abound but with no real means to evaluate which realtor might be right for you. Websites in general offer little in clarity with one notable exception in our case.Christie's website seemed to call to us, especially the client reviews. They seemed so genuine! I contacted Josh at Best Home Ever to sell my tenant-occupied condo and was very direct about what I needed: I did not want to be involved in dealing with the tenants, coordinating their move-out, preparing the condo for sale, scheduling vendors, or going back to the property. The condo had previously been my primary residence, and after trying my hand at being a landlord for nine months, I realized the hassle was not worth it.
