I contacted Josh at Best Home Ever to sell my tenant-occupied condo and was very direct about what I needed: I did not want to be involved in dealing with the tenants, coordinating their move-out, preparing the condo for sale, scheduling vendors, or going back to the property. The condo had previously been my primary residence, and after trying my hand at being a landlord for nine months, I realized the hassle was not worth it. He worked directly with the tenants and successfully negotiated an early termination of their lease so the condo could be listed sooner. I was able to stay completely removed from that part of the process, which was exactly what I had asked for. We later encountered a slew of unexpected roadblocks involving the condo association. What should have been a relatively straightforward sale became a complicated transaction with a tremendous amount of communication and back-and-forth among me, the association, the buyer’s agent, and the other parties involved. Throughout it all, Josh and the Best Home Ever team remained responsive, persistent, and focused on finding a way forward. They kept everyone communicating and continued working through each new issue when the transaction could have easily fallen apart. I honestly do not know whether we would have gotten this sale across the finish line without Josh. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, patience, persistence, and willingness to take ownership of the entire process. They completely prepared our condo for sale and constantly kept us up-to-date, answering every question quickly, and making sure we always knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. In the end we received a very fair offer that enabled us to move forward in life with a sense of security.
