He helped me with my first ever home purchase and I’m so glad I had him in my corner. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from 1000 miles away is another story. Josh helped me every step of the way, even going above and beyond to tour properties, send me videos, and share his advice. He guided me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. As long as Josh is in real estate, I won’t use anyone else.

Kathy made selling our home incredibly smooth. She was always patient and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She went above and beyond, from listing, multiple open houses and negotiating price. We highly recommend her. She is a true expert in her field.
