She was a very good listener and came to quickly understand exactly what we liked, and didn't like. She was very responsive to our needs and schedule, demonstrated a thorough familiarity with the area in which we were looking and most of the communities within those areas (too many to count). We had concerns about the volume of growth in some of those communities and Susan helped us to narrow down from a huge field of choices. We did our homework before meeting with her for sure but she became the perfect partner for us in our search for the perfect home. We closed in January and sincerely feel like we found the home we wanted, in the area we wanted it, for a price we were thrilled with. Can't ask for much more than that from your realtor.
