To say holly went above and beyond would be to put it lightly. She did her job and more to get me into a house, even after I gave up she still got it done. You will not find a better realtor to guide you through the process. I cannot express how thankful I am to her for all her hard work as well as tenacity to get the deal done.
From day one Holly was fantastic!! We looked at a lot of houses and put a lot of offers and finally found the perfect home. It was tough finding the perfect home in a sellers market but we did! Every home I was interested in she did everything from checking insurance and expenses before we even put in an offer. Which saved a lot of time. She was very responsive when I contacted her,even when she was on vacation. I would definitely recommend Holly to anyone that wants to have a realtor that cares about her clients and is awesome at her job!
Holly was so pleasant and patient. She was always willing to show me homes in the north port area. She was very patient while we took our time walking through each home and even brought us back to some of the homes on multiple occasions. She answered all of our questions regarding the homes and the surrounding area and neighborhoods. She also made sure the entire process right up to the closing went smoothly. She was such a pleasure to work with and made my experience so much easier. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home.
