I was an out of state buyer and got lucky to find Dawn on an internet search. Best thing that could have happened. Dawn tirelessly searched for exactly what I wanted ,she sent me countless videos of property's that she thought I might be interested in doing virtual walk thrus for me since I could not. Dawn went above and beyond! She showed me everything in my price range in my short amount of time. When I picked a home she negotiated the price to where I wanted to be. Dawn helped me find contractors for the projects I wanted to have done. I was working from another part of the country but Dawn made it all very easy. I have never seen someone work as hard and dilligently as Dawn did for my mother in law. She went above and beyond of what is expected of an agent. In my opinion, Dawn did not make enough money for all the work she did. If I ever buy or sell a house anywhere near Dawn, i will be using her services.
