This was a difficult seller and Lee took as much out of the "sting" as humanly possible. She made everything that was wrong, right. We were out of town buyers and she was so accomodating to our schedule and any questions we had. We communicated by email and phone and we were able to close on time, which was CRITICAL since we were in town for a limited time and had renters coming in to the property. She knows the Heron Creek properties and is an expert in local property values. She fought for our rights as buyers in a very unusual situation.
