She finds you what your looking for. She communicates regularly she found us a home and sold our other one. When we were worried she reassured us and made us feel better. I could never of found this amazing home without her and I don't think I would have sold my house as fast as I did without her help either. She is just awesome. I had started out with another realtor and we were looking for a home for 4 months and never found one the day I decided to ditch that realtor and work with Tracy was a breath of fresh air and she listened to us and found us what we were looking for.

Tracy has helped our family on more then one occasion. This one happened to be at the start of the COVID pandemic. There were so many challenges. Tracy, thankfully, kept a cool head and did her research to make buying and selling, during this time, as smooth as possible. We are now in our forever home and couldn't be happier. I can't say enough good things about Lee and her grandson Logan. Ours was a long distance transaction and Lee/Logan handled all of the little (and not so little) problems that typically arise with tremendous skill, knowledge, and professionalism. They were both very understanding of our situation and were always available both verbally and electronically to address our concerns. They went far beyond any our expectations of a realtor and I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone. They truly set the bar for realtors in my opinion. I have been staying in Venice for the last five days looking for homes in the area. Although the sale of my home was not without difficulties, I cannot say enough good things about Harvey Davis and his professionalism during a very trying time for me. He went over and above what is expected of a realtor. Harvey is very knowledgeable and kind. He responded to every call and email from me within hours and communicated with me every step of the way. In spite of many disappointments (not his fault) he kept his sense of humor and was extremely patient. On many occasions I would get overwhelmed with the whole process and Harvey continued to be optimistic and reassuring during these times. Due to a family illness I was not able to stay in Florida and Harvey did all the difficult tasks for me; from calling and meeting various contractors at my home to helping my son move out of the house. I do not think there are many realtors who would feel that all of this was their responsibility, but because of Harvey’s genuine kindness he did all of this for me and my family. In spite of the fact that there were many roadblocks along the way I feel privileged to have worked with a person of such goodness and integrity. Robert handled our transaction with professionalism and integrity. He was on top of things right away. Florida seems to be a very relaxed atmosphere, which isn't always a good thing in a transaction where there is a lot of time and money on the line. He made sure every I was dotted, and T crossed.
