I can't say enough good things about Dawn. She made herself available to me when I needed. I flew down a few times and we looked at everything that looked promising. She helped narrow the search down with her extensive knowledge of the area and properties. Even when inspections did not go well she was there to start over. I did not have a big budget and she worked just as hard as if it had been large. If you want an agent that will do everything in her power to find you a home you will be happy with look no further. I could go on and on about how helpful and professional she is. You will not find a better agent!! I move on an average of every 3 years and have dealt with many agents across the country and she is the best!

Maryann was pivotal in our decision to move to Venice! Her knowledge (and love) of the area drew us in. Being first time home buyers in an area we were unfamiliar with was Maryann's specialty. Dawn helped us find our dream home from another state. When we started looking, I told her we may not purchase right away but she did not mind. She offered to go to houses and videotape them for us with no pressure. When we were approaching the closing date, there were some issues and I really did not think it would close on time, but Dawn went above and beyond to ensure everything closed smoothly and on time. This was by far the easiest closing on a house we have ever had and it was largely due to Dawn coordinating everything. If you want a agent that will work really hard for you, Dawn is that person!
