My wife and I decided to target Venice as a retirement destination and, after visiting the city, decided to purchase. Dan was referred to us by a friend or a friend, but after talking to him we quickly realized why he was suggested as someone to help us. Dan was very responsive, took the time to make sure he knew what we were looking for, and made sure we saw the entire city and had an appreciation of the different areas. After our little tour, we had actually changed our minds about what we wanted in location within Venice! The purchase of our retirement home couldn't have gone smoother and Dan put us in touch with so many other great people - a rental company, a home watch service, and more, and everyone we have met are as nice and helpful as Dan.
