From the very beginning Joe was directing me on what I needed to do like get pre approved and give the loan officer anything that he asked for. It was very smooth right from the get go! Soon we were looking at houses and before I knew it I had found my little dream home! There is a process to follow, of course, but throughout the application journey Joe always made sure I stayed on top of it. Signing this and signing that. The best part is he always made himself available so you could look at the homes that you liked. Joe also provided great advice and suggestions. I couldn’t be happier with any other realtor. Joe began our relationship by sending any new listings in our area of interest. Once we found a nice one we worked to develop our offer which was accepted! So exciting! But far from a done deal. We had to ask for an financing extension which Joe was instrumental in smoothing over! Thanks to him for being on top of it!
