Soon we were looking at houses and before I knew it I had found my little dream home! There is a process to follow, of course, but throughout the application journey Joe always made sure I stayed on top of it. Signing this and signing that. The best part is he always made himself available so you could look at the homes that you liked. Joe also provided great advice and suggestions. I couldn’t be happier with any other realtor. There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that.
