A fortunate walkin

It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. She spent the time to find the prospective house and then became a resource for all of our questions. She was responsive, thorough and informative.
