There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. This was not the first time that my wife and I have worked with Susan, she previously sold us a house in South Yarmouth. That experience was excellent and it was due to that experience. That was the reason why my wife and I reached out to Susan when we were selling our West Dennis home. Susan‘s knowledge of all the players, the lawyers, the agents, the other agent as well as the location and also the customer base people buying our house. She also sold them a previous house before their relationship was very good. She trusted Susan as did we and that helped make this thing go very very smoothly. Of course there always a problem as we were about to close. I had to do my title five and my Leach field field it’s test. Susan was also instrumental and helping me find an engineer to drop off the new plant to work with the town as well as construction companies that were capable of pulling out my old system and putting in a new one as well as working with the fire to make sure that they were comfortable that I would put this back the way it was, and everything would be fine. And in fact, that is exactly how it went and a lot of it had to do with Susan‘s relationship with the seller as well as the buyer. Five stars for Susan if we ever are back on the Cape, she’s the first person will call. Merry Christmas.

Tim did a fantastic job selling my parents home for us in 1 day. Tim was honest and open about the process and closing fees associated with the sale. He knows the market area well. I would highly recommend using Tim. The start to end process went smoothly for both seller and buyer.

Jenn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the cape and the realty business. She’s honest and sincere and we felt very comfortable working with her. We were from out of town and demanded a lot of her time over a few days during the height of the pandemic but always felt she was there for us for what ever we needed. She was always pleasant and very responsive. Upon finding our dream house, she gave us excellent advice on putting in our offer. I don’t feel that we would have gotten our house if Jenn was not pushing for us. She has an excellent repore with other realtors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
