What a great experience. Becky was very knowledgeable about the market. She gave us honest pros and cons about the neighborhoods and homes we looked at. She gave us numerous, insightful things to consider as we thought through our decision. We started our search a while back. She was very patient and never applied pressure. She tried hard to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right house for us. She was looking out for us when negotiations came and we knew she was on our side. She may have even been the most helpful with all the little things to do after the first offer. Becky is smart, knowledgeable, nice and just a great realtor!

Dawn was SO incredibly helpful! I am a first time home buyer and moved to MA this summer and could not be more thankful to have worked with Dawn. She was so thorough, honest and has excellent communication! If I found a place I was interested in, but was not in MA, she would meet with my family and show them for me. She consistently went above and beyond. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Amanda was fantastic throughout the entire process. She helped me make good decisions while leading me through the complicated process of a construction loan lot purchase. I highly recommend her.

Jenn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the cape and the realty business. She’s honest and sincere and we felt very comfortable working with her. We were from out of town and demanded a lot of her time over a few days during the height of the pandemic but always felt she was there for us for what ever we needed. She was always pleasant and very responsive. Upon finding our dream house, she gave us excellent advice on putting in our offer. I don’t feel that we would have gotten our house if Jenn was not pushing for us. She has an excellent repore with other realtors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
